1) Before installation, every piece of glass must be checked. Do not install if there is a size error, broken corner, scratch, abrasion, or wrong quantity.

2) If there is no manufacturer's instructions, please do not tear off the label of the glass supplier at will, and operate according to the installation instructions and drawings of the atomized glass.

3) Remove the residue and other hard objects on the frame.

4) There must be gaskets on the window frame. According to the cut size and quantity recommended by the manufacturer, install spacers of standard width and thickness on the window frame. The gasket can be made of rubber, wood block and other materials, and the corners and connecting parts can be protected by waterproof and gas-proof edges.

5) Before the glass leaves the factory, the four sides of the glass have been protected with edge banding glue. The purpose is to prevent the components in the glass glue from corroding the interior of the dimming glass. Therefore, it is necessary to confirm whether the edge banding glue is in good condition. If part of the edge banding glue falls off, the installer needs to repair the edge banding glue again.

6) Before installing the atomized glass, please make sure that there are outlet holes or slots on the frame, and pay attention to the connection of the circuit wires during installation. When using atomized glass in a humid environment, special attention must be paid to the safety of the circuit connection during installation.

7) The glass must be installed vertically, and the protective film must not be removed.

8) When installing the outer frame after the glass is fixed, pay attention to prevent hard objects from contacting the glass or welding sparks from burning the glass. Sand, welding sparks or other hard objects during installation and construction may cause irreparable damage to the glass surface.

9) Glass glue should be applied immediately after installation: use non-acid glass glue, be sure to use special glass glue for atomized glass.

Circuit installation:

1) All related circuits of the atomized glass wiring must be installed by a qualified electrical engineer, or the manufacturer's personnel must be instructed on site.

2) Before installation, you must carefully check the exposed electrode pads, whether the electrodes and wires are in contact with the metal frame, so as not to damage the power supply and the dimming glass. Electrodes and wires exposed during the gluing process or transportation can be covered with insulating tape.

3) First make sure that the power is not turned on. Before installing the dimming glass, make sure that there are outlet holes or slots on the frame.

4) Before installation, check whether the electrode position of each piece of glass is well sealed, and confirm that no sealant has fallen off.

5) The electrode wire on the glass is not allowed to be directly connected to 220V, and the electrode wire of the dimming glass is connected to the power output terminal AC70V or 60V. Multiple pieces of dimming glass should be connected in parallel at the output end of the power supply
